Shipping policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

International orders

At launch, checkout is set up for Australian orders only. If you’re overseas and would like to order RJM merch, email us at shop@rjmhunting.com.au and we’ll check postage options and provide a quote where possible.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then shipped via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. Preorder items ship once production is complete — you'll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us via the Contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out.
