Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship RJM merchandise within Australia only.
Do you ship internationally?
At launch, checkout is set up for Australian orders only. If you’re overseas and would like to order RJM merch, email us at shop@rjmhunting.com.au and we’ll check postage options and provide a quote where possible.
How long will orders take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then shipped via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days depending on your location.
Is there tracking?
Yes — you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Preorders
What does preorder mean?
If an item is listed as preorder, it means it is currently out of stock and in the process of being restocked.
How will I know if something is on preorder?
If an item is on preorder, it will be clearly shown on the product page. If it is not marked as preorder, it is available as normal stock.
When will my preorder ship?
We'll email you the moment your order is packed and on its way.
Sizing
How do I pick the right size?
Check our Size Guide before ordering. Grab a tee or hoodie you already own that fits well, measure it flat, and match it to the chart rather than going off your usual size.
Do the caps come in sizes?
The Trucker Cap is one size with an adjustable snapback strap to fit most heads. The Flexfit Cap comes in S/M and L/XL — measure around your head just above your ears and check the Size Guide.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange sizes?
We'll do our best to help with sizing issues, provided the item is unworn, unused and in its original condition. Customer will be responsible for return postage costs.
What if my item arrives faulty or wrong?
Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to do. Get in touch with photos and your order number and we'll sort it out.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card payments through Shopify Payments, along with PayPal where available.

Is this the official RJM Hunting Australia store?
Yes. This is the official merchandise store for RJM Hunting Australia.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
When stock sells out, the item may be restocked depending on demand. We’ll announce major restocks through the RJM list and RJM Hunting Australia channels.
